Make no mistake, the "shift storm" is here. And I'm motivated to helping agents that are just crazy enough to join me to drive massive growth in their business and life during the wild economic times that are coming.


Here's a little about me and why I'm so passionate about helping agents like you build businesses that allow for true time and money freedom.

The 1st 15 years of my professional career I struggled to find my niche

I started down a path that I thought would make my family, especially my dad proud of me. I obtained what felt like every financial license there was and then embarked on a career as a financial planner. I quickly became burnt out.

I got started in real estate in 2016,

The journey commenced as my husband and I purchased our first investment property. I never planned to use my real estate license as full time career but then my life suddenly changed course!

By the end of my first full year in

real estate,

I sold 34 homes for over $6,000,000 in volume and I was having a BLAST! Each year expanding my goals further and further beyond what I had imagined would be possible.

Living my best life,

All was well except that my husband was constantly asking me to set aside time for him and for myself. I was immersed into my work and growing career. I was losing touch with my passions, hobbies, and loved ones.

All I needed was "double run" to reset the score...

Life was passing me by

I realized that I must set aside time for those special events & moments that create lifetime memories

I also still had some very important commitments

I had to figure out a way to balance my business and personal life so that providing for my loved ones would be achievable without sacrificing living

So I baked up a new plan...

Changes were on the horizon and if pecan pumkin pie wasnt the answer I was going to find out what was! In May 2021 my team made the decision to move to eXp Realty as we recognized the abundance of opportunities would shift the trajectory of our futures.

Growing up, I saw my father struggle as a business owner.

He was the true E-Myth... always the technician in his business and had no freedom whatsoever. And I saw that take a toll on his personal life. Alcohol abuse got the best of him and my Mom left him when I was just 4 years old. I was not going to have the same fate as my father.

I got into real estate in 2007,

the same year my wife Julie had our first child Anders. I left a cozy six-figure Corporate job and so my new career had to work!

By the end of my first full year in real estate,

I sold 71 homes for over $500,000 GCI. But I was always on my phone, stressed all the time, working 7 days a week and missing out on the stuff that mattered. I was failing as a husband and father.

By the end of my first full year in real estate,

I worked every day to hold a big deal together. Again, I was failing in the areas of my life that mattered most to me. Have you been there?

One of the most important days of my life was April 10,

2010 where I publicly declared that Jesus Christ was my Lord and Savior. Everything would change as I was now playing the long game with an eternal perspective.

April 22, 2010, our daughter Kendal came into the world.

I was working more than ever and was stressed all the time. That year I sold over 50 homes personally and my small team sold another 70 or so homes. I had increased responsibilities at home and work. Something had to give if I were going to succeed in business and life.

I had a lot on the line.

I had to make the commitment to build my business in a way where it didn’t rely on me. Most real estate team leaders are slaves to their businesses. They have no freedom whatsoever. That wasn’t going to be me. I had too much on the line.

I used sustainable systems and empowered people

to go from 58 homes sold in 2009 to 118 in 2010 to 178 in 2011 to 248 in 2012 with me just selling 1 home that year. During that same time I went from working 7 days per week to working only 1 day per week in my real estate business. While it wasn’t perfect, it was intentional. And I finally had true time and money freedom.

The Journey Hasn't Been Easy & I Make Mistakes ALL THE TIME But My "Tribe" Makes the Effort & Challenges Worthwhile!

I ask, because there’s quite a bit of misleading information out there in terms of growing your real estate sales business. Most traditional real estate coaching programs teach you how to sell more homes no matter what the consequences are in your personal life. And you end up working more hours to serve the increased demands of your business.


It’s a formula that doesn’t work if you want to have a life outside of real estate

I am building a profitable, systems driven business that is allowing me to step up in the areas of life that matter most to me. Do you want to join me on this journey?
